Like most outdoor improvements, a fence doesn't add value to the home, however, it will add to the curb appeal and ultimately the salability. On the other hand, a lower quality, weathered, or poorly installed fence may detract from the value of the home.

Most of our “Pool” styles will meet local codes; however, there are some exceptions. Please be sure to check with your local township with regard to their specific codes.

Installing your own fence can save up to 40% of the total project cost but if that doesn’t appeal to you, then there are other options. If you don’t want to contract the entire project to a pro installer, then you can always opt to purchase all your materials through Fence Center then hire a local handyman and subcontract the job out to your landscaper or a friend.
